All orders, regardless of the value of the purchase, quantity of products or destination are free of charge.
SUAREZ dispatches in urban, regional and national areas through the carrier Coordinadora, which guarantees security and coverage in most of the Colombian territory.
The delivery time of the products is approximately 4 working days for the cities of Bogota and Medellin, 5 working days for major cities and up to 11 working days for other destinations.
Delivery times begin to count from the confirmation of payment, if this is done on a weekend or holiday, starts from the next business day. For payments by credit or debit card PSE, the payment platform MercadoPago must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which may take up to one business day.
At the moment your order payment is approved, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation. From this moment on, our business days in dispatch and the days in transit with the Coordinator of your order count.
For the purpose of calculating delivery times, the date and time of payment approval must be taken into account in the following way:
- If the purchase is confirmed before 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, the first business day corresponds to the day you made the purchase and from that day the delivery time will begin to count.
- If the purchase is confirmed after 3:00 p.m., the delivery time will start counting from the next business day after the payment confirmation.
- If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of payment confirmation.
Delivery times may also be affected by national factors, commercial events of great impact such as VAT-free Day, Cyber, Black Friday, or events directly associated with the carrier.
The carrier company Coordinadora through which SUAREZ dispatches its products, is not committed to make deliveries on an exact schedule.
